High throughput, automated vacuum impregnation system for
porosity sealing of castings
was built in 1989 for Honda. Original design was for engine
cylinder blocks/heads and
later the equipment was used for transmission cases and
converter housings. Machine
was in operation in January of 2008 before disassembly by a
professional machinery
mover, who can assist with assembly or completely assemble and
start-up system.
