Description: CMI –1997 Thermoforming machine to include:
(1) Vulcan Gas Catalytic oven, with articulating lower platen.
(2) 20 zone heater, both top and bottom, complete with valves
gauges and piping.
(3) 160”x120” oven carrier capability.
(4) 42” lower platen travel / lower plug assist.
(5) 18” upper platen travel / upper plug assist.
(6) Vacuum station maximum capability 144” x 96”.
(7) 2 vacuum tanks / 2 vacuum pumps, Sulair VS10.
(8) 2 Advantage Heaters with Hoses (4) zones each.
(9) Track and Trolley system for carrier relocation.
(10) 1 set of blowers
(11) 1 set-articulating plug assists.
(12) Control Panel.
(13) Return Track System for carriers.
This machine was purchased and installed in 1997. It was taken out
of service after about 1 year of production. Reinstalled in 2002’
It is in very nice running condition. The replacement cost of this
turnkey system is over $350,000 USD.
