1995-1996 Decker Industries Model
DG, 230 Volt, 6OHz. Reaction Injection Molder. Four component mix
head (Baldor.5 Hp Motor); Dual Colorant Dosing system for
injection of pigment with two spur-gear metering pumps, (metering
pumps - Precision gear, Zenith model BMC, 20.2 cc); adjustable
speed DC drive motors (Dayton 4Z382A 1/8 HP), and colorant tanks.
Equipment is like new. Works great.
Features:

Dual color metering system for
injecting colorant into a four component mix head which includes
metering pumps, adjustable speed, DC drive motors, 2 gallon
pigment tanks, pressure limit switches, guages, control enclosure
with function switches, feed and recycle hoses with fluid
discoonects.

Four component mix head assembly with
dual switching valves which allows for selection between two
differnet colors.
o
Solonoid valves and switching
assemblies
o
Set of Barmag metering pumps and 16:1
gear reducers in place of standard motor mounted Viking Pumps.
o
Automatic refill and transfer system
for polyol and ISO day tanks. Includes capacitance probe liquid
level switches, air operated transfer pumps, 5 ft by ¾” transfer
hose and fittings

Mechanical mix head, variable output
from 10 to 50 grams per second at a mix ratio of 1:1 (Ratio is
variable from 5:1 to 1:5) Includes standard features listed in
specifications dated May 88’ for the DG700.

Stainless steel heat exchangers for
both components with heat elements, cold water connections, and
solenoids. Digital temperature controllers allow temperature
control within a process range from 60 to 110 degrees F.
o
Five gallon, SS material tanks with
sight guages in place of standard tanks with the capability to
support a vacuum for degassing
o
Adjustable speed, air driven agitator
for resin component tank. Speed adjustments is between 0 to 300
RPM.
o
Special dispense boss to adapt to TAH
Series 160 disposable static mixers.
o
Precision gear, Zenith model # BMC,
20.2 cc metering pumps for both components in place of Viking
metering pumps.

Automatic Pulse-Purge™ timer.
