Rexroth High Pressure Chemical Pumps


A2VK high-pressure chemical pumps are built with special materials to withstand the polyol and isocynate that are mixed to form polyurethane, giving you long-term reliability in the corrosive environment of reaction injection molding. No RIM-capable pumps last as long and work so well.
 

Product Features
 
  • Fixed or variable displacement, ranging from 6 to 55 cm³/rev.
  • High metering accuracy and repeatability of variable flows.
  • Adjust flow with handwheel or variable frequency drive.
  • Outlet pressures to 250 bar (3600 psi).
  • Low suction pressure, even when pumping highly viscous fluids.
  • Very little flow pulsation.
  • Seals and other pump materials specially selected for compatibility with the chemicals being pumped.
  • Double hand wheel and drive shaft seals with fluid lubricating ports.
